ExpenseRec2 Free

You can use all of the ExpenseRec2 features except maximum number of expense entries is limited up to 300 at this free version. The database you entered expenses at free version is easily transfered to the paid version of this app which has no limitation.

Flexible Layout

You can choose your table layout to meet your need. During your normal daily life, you will prefer simple style table. But occasionally you may want to see image or place information. ExpenseRec2 offers 4 table styles, simple, medium w/o image, medium w/ image, full.

Multiple Currencies

ExpenseRec2 supports multiple currencies and currency conversion by using currency rate fetched via network. Even after conversion has done, you can edit original amount, converted amount and currency rate.

GPS Support

Location informaiton is attached to each expense entry if GPS feature is enabled. When you input new expense, its default value will be nearest one to the current location, and you can choose template for expense from past entries listed by distance from its location.

Easy-to-See Graphs

Variety of Graphs, expneses in category per month, expenses in month per category, monthly balance to the budget, are supported. Filters are also available. You can use payment, type, currency and year filter to narrow down expenses for graphs.

User-Friendly Budget

Budgets per month, category in a month, specied periods. You can set these budgets very easily.

Available on both iPhone and iPad

iPad version of the ExpenseRec2 has a couple of diffrent display layouts to use it larger screen.

For example, “Settings”, “Import” and “Export” in the “More” tab on iPhone are all moved to the top left corner on iPad. So that you will easily access those features without switching the tab and drilling down the table.

And also “Monthly” tab on iPad shows whole expenses in a year, you will scan monthly amount of expenses quickly.
