Thank you for your nice comment! It’s not so difficult to support hiragana for rail line names in those functions. I will consider to support hiragana for those in the near future. And hopefully I’d prefer to support romaji also.

I downloaded your Railways.jp app for my iTouch. It works great and I love the maps and station information! Thanks! :-) I find this app very useful for travel outside of the Greater Tokyo area. I’m familiar enough with hiragana that I can navigate through your app in most cases – if I know where I’m going and the lines I’m taking.

My one comment is that the rail line names on the Map and in the Search function are both in kanji, which I can’t read. It’s my failing, I know, and it’s not a criticism of your app. If I know the name of the line I need to take, then it’s easy to find it from the Company listing, which has hiragana. My difficulty is that I can’t read the rail line from the Map or from the Search function. As a result, I can’t use your app to find a rail line.

It’s probably a very difficult job, and I’m guessing that you develop these apps as a labour of love. If it were possible to include at least the hiragana for the Map and Search functions, then resident foreigners with basic Japanese language skills would be able to use this application.

If you included the romanji, then this app would be very useful for foreign visitors to Japan. I would pay for an app that would offer complete romanji support.

Thank you. Now I understood the bottom bar. A short movie or some screenshots will be really helpful for me. Because I have never encountered those situation, and there’s no report like that for now.

I have one question. What is the “bottom scroll bar”? This app doesn’t display scroll bar at bottom of the screen, I guess.

This happened this morning, afterwhich I switched off my iPhone 3gs and it was fine. It has happened again now… =)

Probably you may need to change “Expense History” in General Settings to 6 month or longer that, which restricts contents in Memo Picker within that period. ExpenseRec doesn’t have this retriction, but ExpenseRec2 have this one to ignore very old memo. Other than this, ExpenseRec and ExpenseRec2 shouldn’t have differences about the contents of Memo Picker.

Just wondering if its possible to add a useful feature such as a better sorting way to group credit card ( because some cards have a different cut off date) for yet another way to sort expenses, instead of by monthly, by a timeline based on the payment periods?

This is free so I really don’t expect you to do something if its complicated, just wondering if its not something you’d like feedback on…

You’re talking about iPad version, isn’t it? There’s no sorting function in the daily entry view. I’m not sure that sorting is really needed in that view. What do you want to do after sorting by different fields?
