Railways.jp

Railways.jp is an app which displays a list of station in whole Japanese railway lines. Company, line and station names in this app are basically displayed in Kanji, but you can also display Roman characters as well as Hiragana. You will be able to use this app for travel by train in Japan.

Station View

You can assign date and memo to the station, bookmark it, search near stations from current one, or display a map of the area around it.

Station List

Station List shows all stations of the currently selected railway line. Tapping the left-most square area marks the station, and assign the date to it.

Map View

If a station has been already marked, a pin will be displayed in a green color, otherwise in a red color. Tap a blue button in a view that is displayed by tapping a pin to display station view.

Transfer View

Transfer View shows stations around currently selected station. You can change the region of search area by sliding the bottom bar.

Line List

Line List displays all railways of selected company. A percentage label in the right side of the row means ratio of marked stations.

Search

You can search station (or line) by its name, memo or address. In addition to kanji, you can use hiragana to search for station and line.
